Lancaster Eden Bay

The location is amazing with an awesome view on the beach, but i think it’s a bit overated as it is considered expensive

I had an amazing stay at Eden Bay! The hotel was super clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. I especially want to thank the reception team on my floor — both of them were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. One of the guys might be named Ahmed (not 100% sure), but both were honestly great. Thanks again to the whole Eden Bay team — I really enjoyed my time here!

It's not even a 1 star hotel. The service is too bad. I booked for my wedd (april) in january and they did the maintenance in the entrance the same week and we asked them for a guarantee that it will be done before the wedding day they said yes without writing this in the contract and it wasn't true and all the reception area was dark and in a very bad conditions. Every meeting with the manager or supplier there I paid for my coffee, knowing that my wedding is there and I was paying a lot and going there to meet the suppliers! The event manager don't collaborate with you, late reply or share previous pictures until there's a relative connection talking to her so everything changed and we got a lot of pictures. 1 bathroom was open during the event! And the waiters didn't serve the dinner for everyone, the one who's not seated didn't get the food. My parents didn't have dinner (2 courses ) and when they asked for it they said it's done and one of my parents went to the kitchen and saw many plates not served and eaten there. Many people asked for drinks many times and they didn't get it. we asked the chef for a dessert tasting a month before the event and he didn't do any of them! I called the event manager a day before my wedding to fix issues she didn't answer and they didn't gave me another contact person, until her manager called her. We should have a junior suite with the package and it's really small and not nice a honeymooner so we asked for an upgrade for one night and we keep the suite for daily use. We paid the executive suite and the day use room as well which should be already for us. None went through the room to clean it during our photo session. They did a long conversation to make the check out at 1 instead of 12 pm and we had out wedding a night before! The second day we tried the buffet in their restaurant and we were poisoned! Talking about the photosession we told them that we want to do it there. During the wedding day they didn't accept to take a picture in the lobby just for few minutes and it tooks more than one hour to get the approval so we didn't had time to take pictures before the sunset or with the family. And we went to the rooftop it was closed for maintenance without telling us knowing that they said the outside maintenance isn't under their control, it's about the municipality and what about the inside maintenance ??!!? If I had one month extra to prepare my wedding I wouldn't choose eden bay. So I ask you for this to keep a nice memories for your special day!

Such a wonderful stay , rooms are modern and clean with beautiful views of the ocean, staff is amazing and took care of us and our newborn baby . There is a family pool and a chill pool both are great , the only improvement would be more staff at breakfast as service was slow but other then that we had an amazing stay

La ubicación es excelente, Justo frente al mar, vista que disfrutamos a plenitud desde nuestro balcón. Las instalaciones de ocio: piscina y Jaccuzzi calientes, sauna, baño de vapor, gimnasio, están muy buenas y todas ellas incluidas en el precio del alojamiento. El personal del hotel es muy amable. La limpieza tanto en el cuarto como el resto del hotel que visitamos, es impecable. El diseño del interior del cuarto, así como los materiales usados para las puertas, armarios, etc. son de primera calidad! La decoración ha sido realizada con mucho gusto, tanto en el cuarto como en el lobby, bar y restaurante. Como era invierno no pudimos disfrutar del área exterior, tenemos que volver en Verano! Gracias a esa excelente ubicación frente al mar, el hotel se haya alejado de todo, por esa razón recomendaríamos más variedad en la oferta de gastronomía pues no hay nada cerca, uno depende 100% del hotel para comer. Pero la comida del restaurante libanés estuvo excelente, todo lo que pedimos nos gustó!

J’y étais en juillet avec mon mari pour notre lune de miel et y avait des filles à la réception qui sont désagréable et surtout une fille pas du tout professionnelle à notre arrivée ensemble elle a scanner nos deux passeports mais elle m’a pas mentionner dans la chambre avec mon mari elle appelle sur le fixe dans la chambre et elle refuse de me parler elle demande de parler à mon mari et elle demande ça d’une façon avec beaucoup de manque de respect et pareil lors du petit déjeuner au restaurant j’ai été très mal traiter à cause d’elle elle leur ai dis que je suis juste une prostituee que je suis juste à guest dans l’hôtel et non pas sa femme elle a vu que mon mari est du pays de golf et elle voulait avoir son contact elle est mal éduquée et irrespectueuse en plus ils ont rajouter des frais des choses qu’on a pas consommer lors du Check out ils sont pas du tout professionnels très très mauvaise expérience on allait y réclamer au niveau de nos ambassade
